I had a very positive experience with my appointment with Dr Christine Nguyen. Her office was a pleasant environment. It was clean and organized as well as having a calming aesthetic. Compared to my experiences with other doctors, Dr Christine Nguyen was more timely, professional, warm, friendly, and competent. There was very little wait time; however, her care was still very thorough and careful yet still being very efficient. I truly appreciate her good bed side manners and customer service.

We are very pleased with the service and compassion Dr Christine gave our grandma.
We are also very pleased with the fron desk service. Ms. Trina Ho--the customer representative--has done a fantastic job helping us making the appointment and helping our grandma. Her beautiful, lovely and caring voice is a true gem!
I think you should give Ms Trina Ho a salary raise for all the great and hard work she did.
